Define Objectives
Define and/or clarify your web site objectives and marketing objectives.

Define Features
Define "must have" and "nice to have" features, including any custom programming.

Estimate Development Effort
Estimate the graphics design effort and number of site pages.

Prepare Quotation
Prepare formal quotation with preliminary design. Depending on the nature of the project, these are normally fixed cost or a narrow range.

Develop Mock Up
Upon client acceptance of our quotation, a preliminary site mock up is developed. This typically includes the graphics design, navigation scheme and one or more site pages to demonstrate the "look" of the new site.

Client Review
The mock up is placed on the internet in a private area for client review. There are typically minor changes recommended from this review. After all changes are completed and approved by our client, development proceeds to the next step.

Complete Site Development
The remaining portions of the site are built, using the approved structure in the previous step.

Final Client Review
The completed site is placed on the internet in a private test area for review. Final modifications are implemented based on client feedback.

Install Site
After final client approval, the site is installed in our hosting environment. Search engine/directory submissions are then performed.

Ongoing Site Updates
We are available to update your site's content and functionality as your business and requirements change. For small jobs, this is normally done on an hourly basis. We will gladly prepare a quote for larger efforts.
